Today training did running, im screwed for 2.4 tmr
Damn, i wanted do 5 stations first, 2.4 is sooo gona spoil the mood.

Had shooting drills later, its like 5 min you shoot at free throw
then run to one end of the half court line and come back and shoot another free throw
then run to the other end of the half court and come back and shoot again.
Freaking tiring i swear, and demoralising when you start missing consecutive shots hah.
Nick koh went first, 5 min he scored 14
And i went next 4 min 30 seconds i score 15, then San Jing stopped me
Then Goh Id went next, i from below see him meng chop everything.
But in the end, at 4 min 32 seconds he score his 15th ball
Which made me overall best :) Wheeeee~
